Benjamin McKeeby
Dr. Benjamin McKeeby is a planetary scientist specializing in surface processes and the evolution of planetary bodies. He employs a range of spectroscopic techniques to investigate the composition, physical properties, and morphology of these surfaces. His research primarily focuses on advancing the use of thermal infrared instruments to unravel the influence of water and ices in shaping planetary surfaces, as well as in the detailed characterization of alluvial fans and lava flow morphologies. Dr. McKeeby is an active member of the THEMIS science team, the THEMIS off-nadir working group, and the LASSIE PSTAR project.
